Payment

We offer different plans, for different needs. Each plan includes a specific number of users and a specific number of social accounts you can connect to Loomly. You can either subscribe on a monthly or annual basis (and save money with the latter). Check out our pricing page for more information.

When you sign up for Loomly, you can enjoy the entire application for free for 15 days, without any limitation. At any time during your trial period, you can enter your credit card information here: we will only charge you at the end of your trial period. Then, you will be charged on the monthly anniversary date of your subscription, for the month to come.

Absolutely! Whenever you invite new users or connect new social media accounts, we update your subscription automatically. When you reach one of your plan's limit, you will be prompted to upgrade to the next best plan for you. You can also upgrade to a different plan at any time from the Billing section of your Account.

Loomly was created with flexibility in mind: we offer monthly subscriptions, as well as annual subscriptions. Subscribing to an annual subscription for a given plan allows you to save 20% compared to subscribing to a monthly subscription for the same plan.

You can subscribe to Loomly, select your plan and billing mode, access your billing history — including your next payment date — and update your credit card information here in your Account.

All subscription payments are handled by PCI-compliant solution Stripe and we therefore accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We are currently not equiped to accept checks, cash or cute kitten pictures as a form of payment.

A receipt in PDF format is automatically sent to you over email each time a successful payment is made. If you need a duplicate of a particular receipt, just visit the Billing section of your Account and download it from your Payment History section.

When you sign up for Loomly, you get a 15-day free trial to play around with the app and see if it's a good fit for you and your team: we believe this is better than any kind of "money-back guarantee". Past this point, if you subscribe to Loomly and are not happy, for any reason at all, please email us at contact@loomly.com. We'll do our very best to right our wrongs.

We are always happy to support non-profit organizations and offer a 50% lifetime discount upon presentation of a copy of your determination letter or any equivalent document. If you would like to go ahead with this pricing, feel free to send us your document at contact@loomly.com and we will apply the discount to your account in our system.
