Custom Branding lets you use a branded myloomly.com subdomain, replace the Loomly logo across application pages and PDF exports, and add a branded favicon. For example, a team can access Loomly through yourbrand.myloomly.com.
What Custom Branding includes
- Branded subdomain: use a subdomain such as
yourbrand.myloomly.com. - Custom logo: replace the Loomly logo on application pages and PDF exports.
- Custom favicon: add a branded favicon in supported web browsers.
Set up Custom Branding
- Open Account Settings and select Custom Branding.
- Select Activate, then enter a brand name and subdomain.
- Upload a logo and favicon, then select the calendars to brand.
- Save the settings.
Subdomains can contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, and are limited to 63 characters. Use a logo in JPEG, PNG, or GIF format up to 3 MB; Loomly recommends a 14:3 rectangular aspect ratio. Use a PNG or ICO favicon up to 540 KB; a 32 by 32 pixel square is recommended.
Choose the calendars to brand
Custom Branding applies to the calendars you select in Account Settings. Calendars the Account Owner creates are added automatically. If another collaborator creates and transfers a calendar, ask the Account Owner to add that calendar in Custom Branding.
Current limitations
- The
myloomly.comdomain cannot be changed or removed. - Loomly mobile apps are not custom branded.
- Notification emails are sent from support@myloomly.com, not from a branded domain.
