Zapier uses a trigger in one app to begin one or more actions in other apps. In the Loomly app, Create Quick Post is an action that creates a Quick Post in a Calendar. It does not directly publish an Instagram photo.
The current Zapier listing shows that this action requires a Calendar, Date, and Subject. Copy and Instagram are optional action fields. Provide the required values for the Quick Post, then use optional fields only when they apply to the Zap.
What the Create Quick Post action does
Choose Create Quick Post when a Zap should create a Quick Post in a selected Loomly Calendar. The action is separate from the current Loomly triggers, which notify Zapier when specific activity occurs in Loomly. For the current trigger and action catalog, use the Loomly integrations page on Zapier.
Create a Quick Post with Zapier
- Sign in to Zapier and create a Zap, or start with a Zapier template.
- Choose the source app and trigger for the Zap.
- Add Loomly as the action app and select Create Quick Post.
- Connect your Loomly account when prompted.
- Set the required Calendar, Date, and Subject fields.
- Add Copy or Instagram only if those optional fields apply to the Zap.
- Complete the remaining configuration in the Zapier editor.
Using the Instagram field

Quick Post examples
A Zap can use a trigger from another app and then create a Quick Post in Loomly. Map the available data to the required Calendar, Date, and Subject fields, and add Copy when the Zap has copy to send.
